We are neither an elite athlete group nor people who are training only to compete in races. We are generally people like you who are either a student, a service holder, or a business person, all having the common goal of staying healthy in our stressful lives and ride for recreation, commuting, health, and sheer fun. We do enjoy occasional races between our members and organize community races to measure our growth, skill, and fitness level.
This is a moderated group. If you want to post something on the group wall, please follow the guideline. The guideline is to keep the group clean, friendly, and manageable.
a. Only cycling-related posts are approved.
b. Personal queries related to cycling are discouraged. Please post your queries in the Desperately Seeking BDCyclists group (DSBDC) (www.facebook.com/groups/dsbdc).
c. Posts for buying and selling bicycles and accessories are not approved. Please post them to DSBDC as well (www.facebook.com/groups/dsbdc).
d. Posts complaining about cycle stores are not approved. Such issues should be dealt with by the bike shop directly.
e. Posts spewing hate or abuse are not approved.
f. Irrelevant photo comments and stickers are not approved.
g. Wishing posts on different national/international days & occasions are not allowed. We will make a single post for wishing everyone, you can wish in the comment section of that particular thread.
If you want to participate in our activities, keep a close eye on our event tab/lists. Read the event description and just be there with your bike and helmet.
If you have any questions, please use the search bar of this group and the DSBDC group. It is highly likely that your question had been answered before. If you can't find the answer by searching, please post your query to the DSBDC (www.facebook.com/groups/dsbdc) group. Please remember, this is a community initiative, and we are only as helpful as you are. Please help to answer questions from other members and contribute towards a stronger community.
